Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ketchup

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix bread crumbs, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
With a meat flattener, flatten the chicken breasts.
Prepare three bowls, one with the flour, another with the beaten eggs and another with the mixture of ground bread.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and vegetable spray.
Spend each chicken breast first for the flour, then the egg and finally the bread crumbs and place in the tray.
Bake the breasts until the crust is crispy and the chicken is cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and accompany with ketchup.

En respuesta al comentario anterior, efectivamente... El empanizado queda duro y "crudo", pero también quemado de algunas partes. ¿Habrá forma de hacerlo menos seco (obviamente sin freír)??

A través de iOS Seguí paso a paso las instrucciones para hacer esta receta las pechugas quedan secas y duras y necesitan más tiempo que el indicado dentro del horno o el empanizado queda crudo, no me gusto esta receta
