Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded) , without flattening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 4 fried or toasted corn tortilla, baked
  • 12 slices Brie cheese
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Salpimenta the chicken milanesas.
In three containers place the flour, the beaten egg and the granola with Kellogg's® quinoa. Bread each Milanese first through flour, egg removing the excess and finally the granola.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Place on each toast 3 slices of brie cheese, one chicken milanese and three slices of avocado.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and salt of grain. Decorate with parsley leaves.

TIPS

If you do not like brie cheese much, switch to cream cheese or ricotta.
