Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetable, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • Italian seasoning, for meats
  • 3 cascabel chili peppers, or chile color
  • 3 tomatoes, Cooked
  • 2 cups chicken consommé
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 potatoes, chopped and peeled

Preparation

In a pot with water, cook the tomatoes with the chile until they soften ... apart put to heat oil in a large pan.
Prepare the milanesas fully extended, seasoned on both sides. In one of the banks of the Milanese, the vegetables are placed and they are rolled up firmly, at the end a wooden stick is placed so that it does not unroll. And so to each roll you do the same.
Milanesa Rolls are added in hot oil, lowering the flame on medium to brown, cover them to release their natural juice, let them cook for 10 minutes on one side and another 10 minutes on the other side, in these last 10 minutes add the chopped potatoes, so that they are softened.
The tomatoes, chilies, onion, salt and garlic are liquefied with chicken broth ... This sauce is fried with very little oil, for 5 minutes.
Once the rolls of chicken and potato milanesas are ready and cooked, add the sauce you previously prepared. You add the pepper powder. Cover and let boil for 10 minutes.
AND READY!!!

PRESENTATION

TIPS
