Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken legs, without skin
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • crackers
  • salt, necessary amount
  • oils, necessary amount

Preparation

In a pot put the milk, water and pieces of chicken, and season with a little salt. Put on medium heat and leave until they are cooked and drain the chicken.
In a deep bowl with lid put the flour, seasonings and chicken. Put the lid and shake very well until the flour is impregnated with the chicken pieces.
Beat the egg with a fork in a deep dish. The crackers are crushed until they are grilled and put on a plate and season with little pepper and curry.
We put the pieces of chicken in the egg, drain well and then roll them in the crushed cookies.
In a pan with hot oil put the pieces of chicken and breaded for a couple of minutes and turn around so that they are fried evenly.

TIPS

You can accompany it with coleslaw and mashed potatoes.
