Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 100 grams quinoa
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg, (shake) for bread
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pears

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Boil the water and add the clove of garlic. When it is boiling, it incorporates quinoa. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the raw chicken and put it in a processor.
Add to the chicken a spoonful of mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and give it the shape of nuggets.
Pass each nugget through the beaten egg and the quinoa.
Bake for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the nuggets with the cherry tomatoes and the pear.
