Miilanesas de Pollo Breaded with Amaranth

Do not stop eating the classic chicken milanesas and prepare them making the breaded with amaranth to give it another flavor and be healthier.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • oils
  • salt

Preparation

Squeeze the lemon over the chicken milanesas.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Mix the bread crumbs and the amaranth.
Beat the egg.
Cover the milanesas with flour, then go through the egg and finally the amaranth mixture.
Fry in a pan with a little oil.
