  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 1/2 Cup of amaranth
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green lemon its juice

    Preparation

    Squeeze the lemon over the chicken milanesas.
