We present you a sandwich with chicken milanesa, poblano chili and cheese. It's a very complete sandwich, perfect for a delicious meal. It is simple to prepare and has all the flavor of Pan Oroweat® 7 Grains that you like so much.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 slices of bread Oroweat® 7 Grains
  • 2 pieces of chicken Milanesa (breaded)
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of poblano pepper cut into slices
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter

    Preparation

    Cut the chicken fillet into four equal parts.
    Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to both the flour and bread crumbs.
    Flour each of the chicken slices, then pass them through the egg and finally rub them with the ground bread.
    In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken milanesas until golden brown on the outside and cooked inside.
    Remove from oil and reserve on paper towels.
    Cut the poblano peppers and remove the veins, the seeds and cut them into strips.
    In a hot pan, add a little oil and fry the onion and garlic.
    Add poblano pepper and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the chiles from the heat and combine them with the chopped tomato in small cubes.
    Place the Milanese on one of the slices of Oroweat® 7 Grain Bread, top with the cheese filling.
    Spread some butter over Oroweat® 7 Grain Bread and cook in a hot pan until the cheese melts and both sides of the bread are toasted.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a salad.

    TIPS

    You can add a bit of the Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs before breading the chicken breast.
