Spicy Crispy Chicken Burger

With this recipe, you will learn how to make crispy chicken from scratch and prepare some hamburgers seasoned with Frank's Sauce and creamy coleslaw. The flavor of this hamburger will remind you of the wings and of course, accompanying it with potato wedges and beer will be the perfect combination. We suggest you let the chicken rest with the cream, this will help soften it and make it softer.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa Frank's® Red Hot Wings
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, big
  • 1 cup cereal flakes, ground
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup french lettuce
  • potatoes, gajo to accompany
  • enough light beer, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl mix the cream with Franks Sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, muscovado sugar, salt and pepper, until completely incorporated.
Bathe the chicken with the previous mixture and then cover with the cereal flakes until they adhere perfectly.
Fry for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
For the coleslaw, mix the carrot, cabbage, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place on bread, lettuce, fried chicken and coleslaw, cover with bread.
Accompany with potato wedges and a beer. Enjoy
