This delicious brisket stuffed with Swiss chard and cheese will get you out of trouble, ideal for your weekly menu since it is fast and rich in vitamin A, very low in calories and your green sauce will delight you. Accompany it with steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 leaves chard, without stem
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for the sauce
  • 1/2 white onions, fillet, for the sauce
  • 500 grams green tomato, in cubes, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth

Preparation

Season each Milanese on both sides with the onion powder. Place on each one, 1 chard leaf, some cheese and roll to fill.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and cook a chicken breast until it is well browned and cooked on all sides. Repeat with the rest of the chicken rolls.
For the sauce, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion. Once it's soft, add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat until they take a color
Add Knorr® Switzerland to season and chicken rolls. Let it boil again.
Cook for 5 more minutes and serve.

TIPS

When serving, cut each breast in half so that the chard and cheese filling is visible.
