Preparation
In a pan fry the onion with balsamic vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt until caramelized.
Spread the breast and season with spices (onion powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, ground black pepper and nutmeg).
Spread with hummus and roll the breast, securing it with a toothpick.
Simmer in a pan.
Once cooked, served with caramelized onions.
