Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Seal the previously seasoned chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish. Blend cream with chilies and season to taste.
To place on the breasts the sauce that arose from liquefying the cream with poblano pepper and sprinkle the cheese to taste. Bake for about 45 minutes and serve.
