Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and flattened
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • manchego cheese, necessary amount
  • 350 grams poblano pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Seal the previously seasoned chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish. Blend cream with chilies and season to taste.
To place on the breasts the sauce that arose from liquefying the cream with poblano pepper and sprinkle the cheese to taste. Bake for about 45 minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve a breast with enough sauce and accompany it with a salad that bears red fruits to have color on the plate.

TIPS

You can wait until the cheese looks doratito or well au gratin.
