Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, flattened
  • 1 mallet squash blossom, disinfected
  • vegetables, steamed of your choice
  • 50 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 strips bacon, fried
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • vinaigrettes, of your choice, optional

Preparation

Clean and disinfect the pumpkin flower mallet, reserve an entire flower to decorate, chop the other flowers and fry with a little butter. Add the bacon, salt and pepper.
Salt pepper the breasts put the cream cheese followed by the stew of the flower, roll up the breasts. Reserve.
Preheat a frying pan to add margarine and place the breasts until they are well cooked and golden brown.
Meanwhile sauté the vegetables in a little margarine and add salt and pepper.
Fill the flower that we reserve with a little cream cheese and fry a little.

PRESENTATION

Once the breasts are browned, cut into slices and place them on the plate along with the vegetables and on one side the stuffed flower will give an extra touch of color and flavor. You can sprinkle some dried parsley to make the presentation stand out more.

TIPS

You can accompany these breasts either with vegetables or with a green salad and a vinaigrette of your choice if you do not like cream cheese you can use any other cheese that melts.
