Buffalo Chicken Ring

For all your meetings with friends, don't forget to prepare this incredible and crunchy buffalo chicken ring made with the delicious Frank's® Red Hot Wings sauce, all covered with puff pastry and with an incredible presentation. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and enjoy this sensational snack.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 package of cream cheese (190 g), in llitle cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Salsa Frank's® Red Hot Wings
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt of celery
  • 1 teaspoonful of parsley finely chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 500 grams of puff pastry cut into triangles of the same size
  • enough of egg to glaze
  • enough of sesame seed to decorate
  • to taste of dressing ranch, to serve
  • to taste of carrot on sticks, to serve
  • to taste of celery on sticks, to serve

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F)
    For the filling, in a pan over medium heat cook the bacon until golden brown. Add the onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes and add the chicken and cream cheese. Cook until the cheese melts.
    Add Frank's® Red Hot Wings and season with celery salt, parsley, salt and pepper. Chill
    On a baking tray with waxed paper, overlap the puff triangles in a circle. Place the chicken filling on the puff pastry and close the triangles in the manner of a ring, brush a little egg glaze.
    Glaze the puff pastry ring with egg and sprinkle sesame. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and serve with ranch dressing, celery and carrot sticks.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the buffalo chicken ring with blue cheese dressing or ranch, sticks of celery and carrot.

    TIPS

    It is important that you always work the puff pastry cold, to avoid losing its fat due to the high content of butter it contains.
