Baked chicken wings with homemade buffalo sauce. They are a very rich snack that you can accompany with a rich dressing of blue cheese and sticks of celery, carrot and jicama. Extend your hands by eating these delicious wings and enjoy big.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 20 chicken wings
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Preparation

Preheat the oven in "broil".
In a deep bowl mix the wings with the oil so they are all slightly covered.
Season the wings with salt and pepper.
Place the wings on a tray with a rack with holes that allow your fat to drain while cooking.
Bake the wings for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and your skin is a little fried.
In a large pot melt the butter and add the tabasco and the vinegar. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the wings with the prepared buffalo sauce and serve.

PRESENTATION

To serve them, it can be accompanied by a dressing of blue cheese and pieces of celery.
