Preparation
Preheat the oven in "broil".
In a deep bowl mix the wings with the oil so they are all slightly covered.
Season the wings with salt and pepper.
Place the wings on a tray with a rack with holes that allow your fat to drain while cooking.
Bake the wings for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and your skin is a little fried.
In a large pot melt the butter and add the tabasco and the vinegar. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the wings with the prepared buffalo sauce and serve.
