  • 1 tablespoon oil, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 tomtato, for sauce, in quarters
  • 2 chipotle chilies, dry, for the sauce

  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded) , flattened
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, in sticks
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • enough sour cream, to decorate
  • enough avocado, in cubes
  • enough epazote, fried, to decorate


For the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onion, the garlic, the tomato, the chilies and cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken broth and the epazote, cook 5 minutes more and cool slightly.
Blend the previous preparation with the beans, cream, salt, pepper and cumin until obtaining a sauce consistency.
On a board, season the flattened chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange the cheese in the center of the flattened chicken and roll it up, you can secure it with toothpicks.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil and fry the chicken rolls until they are done.
Serve a thin layer of on the plate, arrange the chicken rolls and decorate with cream, avocado and epazote.
