  • 1 tablespoon of oil for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • 1 piece of tomato for sauce, in quarters
  • 2 pieces of chipotle chile pepper dry, for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1 twig of epazote for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of pinto beans cooked and with broth, for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper for the sauce
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cumin for the sauce
  • 4 pieces of chicken Milanesa (breaded) flattened
  • 1 Cup of asadero cheese in sticks
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • enough of sour cream to decorate
  • enough of avocado in cubes
  • enough of epazote fried, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onion, the garlic, the tomato, the chilies and cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken broth and the epazote, cook 5 minutes more and cool slightly.
    Blend the previous preparation with the beans, cream, salt, pepper and cumin until obtaining a sauce consistency.
    On a board, season the flattened chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange the cheese in the center of the flattened chicken and roll it up, you can secure it with toothpicks.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil and fry the chicken rolls until they are done.
    Serve a thin layer of on the plate, arrange the chicken rolls and decorate with cream, avocado and epazote.
