Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cups of broccoli bleached, cut into small trees for the stuffing
  • 1 Cup of Red bell pepper cut into strips, for the stuffing
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated, for stuffing
  • 2 spoonfuls of sour cream for the stuffing
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for the stuffing
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the stuffing
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the stuffing
  • 3 pieces of chicken breast without the skin or bone
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter cut into cubes, for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 2 cups of Parmesan cheese grated, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg for the sauce

    Preparation

    For the filling, in a bowl mix the broccoli with the red pepper, the Manchego cheese, the sour cream, season with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    On a board, with the a knife, open the chicken breasts in half without leaving the bottom. Fill with the previous preparation, close with chopsticks, season with salt and pepper.
    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat with the oil and seal the breasts until they are brown, remove from the pan and reserve.
    Add the butter to the pan and fry the garlic until it releases its aroma, pour the chicken broth and the cream, cook in circular movements until the ingredients are integrated and let boil, add the Parmesan until it melts, season with salt , pepper and nutmeg to your taste.
    Return the chicken breasts to the pan with the sauce and cook until the chicken is well cooked. Adjust the seasoning.
    Remove from the pan and serve the breasts with the sauce, cut and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the chicken in a casserole with a hot sauce.

    TIPS

    One way to know if your chicken is well cooked is, is to touch it lightly at the beginning so that you know the texture of the raw chicken, it will become softer and when you are cooking it and it is well cooked if you press the chicken and it is be very firm and does not indent from the pressure of your finger.
