  • 2 cups broccoli, bleached, cut into small trees for the stuffing
  • 1 cup red pepper, cut into strips, for the stuffing
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated, for stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, for the stuffing
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the stuffing
  • 1 pinch salt, for the stuffing
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for the stuffing
  • 3 chicken breasts, without the skin or bone
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg, for the sauce


For the filling, in a bowl mix the broccoli with the red pepper, the Manchego cheese, the sour cream, season with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
On a board, with the a knife, open the chicken breasts in half without leaving the bottom. Fill with the previous preparation, close with chopsticks, season with salt and pepper.
Heat a deep skillet over medium heat with the oil and seal the breasts until they are brown, remove from the pan and reserve.
Add the butter to the pan and fry the garlic until it releases its aroma, pour the chicken broth and the cream, cook in circular movements until the ingredients are integrated and let boil, add the Parmesan until it melts, season with salt , pepper and nutmeg to your taste.
Return the chicken breasts to the pan with the sauce and cook until the chicken is well cooked. Adjust the seasoning.
Remove from the pan and serve the breasts with the sauce, cut and enjoy.


Serve the chicken in a casserole with a hot sauce.


One way to know if your chicken is well cooked is, is to touch it lightly at the beginning so that you know the texture of the raw chicken, it will become softer and when you are cooking it and it is well cooked if you press the chicken and it is be very firm and does not indent from the pressure of your finger.
