A fabulous chicken burrito deliciously healthy and very easy to make. The pico de gallo mix combines perfectly with the tortilla and the chicken. It is ideal for dinner or breakfast.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth granulated
  • 1 chicken breast without skin
  • 2 teaspoons of Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 2 spoonfuls of White onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 Serrano cpeppers finely chopped
  • 1 green lemon its juice
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of ground black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 spoonfuls of Hellmann's Light® Mayonnaise Dressing

Preparation

Melt the Primavera® Unsalted Margarine over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts, season with Knorr® Switzerland Granlado de Pollo granulado.
For the pico de gallo, mix the onion, garlic, tomato, chili, lemon juice and pepper.
Heat the tortillas and anoint each with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, add the chicken cut into strips and finish with pico de gallo.
Wrap and serve.
