Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 whole chicken, big, clean and with skin
  • 4 fingers corn oil
  • 4 fingers white vinegar
  • 5 leaves bay (laurel), fresh or dry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 heads garlic, crushed with the shell
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • potatoes, vegetables or parboiled yucca
  • garlic, mojito of garlic for the contours, prepared and guasacaca

Preparation

In a refractory place all the ingredients, place the chicken and massage well inside and out, cover with aluminum foil, leave macerating overnight in the refrigerator.
