Chicken Barbecue in Pressure Cooker

Easy recipe for chicken barbecue cooked in pressure cooker, fast and delicious. With the taste of broad chili, garlic and cumin will give a very rich and appetizing touch. Besides that it will be ready very fast. Enjoy it with some tortillas.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 pieces of ancho chili pepper Toasted and soaked in water with salt. (reserve the water)
  • 4 cloves of garlic roast
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin whole, roasted
  • 1 pinch of whole clove roast
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 1 Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 8 pieces of chicken Leg and thigh
  • 1/4 of Cup of epazote
  • 3 leaves of laurel
  • 2 pieces of avocado leaves
  • 10 pieces of banana leaves soaked in hot water
  • 2 cups of Salad of nopalitos, to accompany
  • enough of Corn tortillas To accompany

    Preparation

    For the sauce, blend the chilies with the garlic, cumin, cloves and salt with a little water from the soaking of the chilies, it is important to make it thick.
    In a bowl mix the mushrooms with the chicken and the sauce; add epazote leaves, avocado leaves and bay leaves. Marina in refrigeration about 30 minutes.
    Place a grid, water and banana leaves for the base in the pressure cooker. Add the chicken and cover with banana leaf. Cook in the pressure cooker for 30 min. Serve and enjoy the chicken barbecue.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the chicken and accompany with a fresh salad of nopales and tortillas to taquear.
