Preparation
Mix the Parmesan cheese, orange zest, nutmeg, salt, pepper and grated bread.
Add a little salt to the flour and pass the flattened chicken breasts, remove the excess flour.
Beat the egg and cover the chicken breast. The Milanese passes through the mixture of ground bread.
Fry the chicken breast in hot oil until it has a light golden color.
