This dish is an improved version of the typical chicken milanesas. Nothing better than a crispy chicken milanese with a rich orange flavor.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 piece of orange
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 cups of flour
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oils necessary amount

    Preparation

    Mix the Parmesan cheese, orange zest, nutmeg, salt, pepper and grated bread.
    Add a little salt to the flour and pass the flattened chicken breasts, remove the excess flour.
    Beat the egg and cover the chicken breast. The Milanese passes through the mixture of ground bread.
    Fry the chicken breast in hot oil until it has a light golden color.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with green yogurt-based sauce.

    TIPS

    Add the salt to the flour and not the chicken to prevent it from drying out.
