This chicken recipe is easy, healthy and delicious. Morita sauce gives it a special flavor and is so simple that it will become one of your favorites.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 morita chili peppers
  • 1 kilo of red tomato
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 1 cup of Marie biscuit
  • 750 grams of boneless chicken breast
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oils necessary amount
  • cream to taste

Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion and chili peppers. Strain and transfer the mixture to a hot pan with oil.
Blend cream, milk and cookies separately. Add the mixture to the sauce in the pan.
Boil the sauce until it thickens and add salt and pepper.
Brown the breasts in another pan until they are perfectly cooked.
Bathe the breasts with the morita sauce.

PRESENTATION

Place the chicken breast dipped with the morita sauce on a plate and sprinkle chopped parsley on top. You can accompany with white rice and vegetables.
