Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 250 grams walnut, chopped
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 250 grams spinach
  • 180 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 white onion, filleted
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons Swiss Knorr, powdered
  • 200 butter

Preparation

Open the breasts as if you were going to make them milanesa.
Toast the walnut, add the feta cheese and the spinach, with that pate fill the breasts and roll them up.
Make a gravy and place in a pan the butter melt and season the onion in a feather, add the evaporated milk and the three tablespoons of Swiss knorr powder once the onion has already been cooked, blend with the cream cheese.
On a grill cook the chicken rolls once they are well cooked pour the gravy.
You can accompany it with rice and a delicious salad, or if you prefer with the mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot.
