Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 pasilla chili peppers, deveined and boiled
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • chicken bouillon
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Season the breasts with salt and pepper and then fry them.
Blend the chilies with the onion, garlic and water in which the chiles were boiled. It must be a little thick.
Add the sauce to the breasts and season with the consommé powder.
