Dora in a pot with a little oil the onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf and pepper.
Add the chicken and season, once it changes color, add the vinegar and more olive oil. Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, once it is cold, put the pot in the refrigerator and leave it overnight. Serve it cold.
