Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 chicken breasts, filleted
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay (laurel)
  • 4 garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • black pepper, to taste
  • vinegars, to taste
  • olive oils, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Dora in a pot with a little oil the onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf and pepper.
Add the chicken and season, once it changes color, add the vinegar and more olive oil. Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, once it is cold, put the pot in the refrigerator and leave it overnight. Serve it cold.

PRESENTATION

Present each breast on a plate along with the rice.

TIPS

You can add serrano chiles to the preparation to give it a spicy flavor.
