Breasts stuffed with Cream Cheese and Spinach

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g) cut into strips
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 3 pinches salt, use a pinch for spinach
  • 3 pinches black pepper, use a pinch for spinach
  • 4 chicken breasts, without bone and without skin
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
