Preparation
In a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil add the finely chopped onions and garlic, seasoning.
Add the cream, the drained mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Reserve.
In a large skillet over medium heat with a little oil, cook the chicken breasts until well cooked.
Serve with mushroom sauce.
