Breasts with Vegetables

Before it was not very typical to eat so many vegetables, but since my son was born and grew up we had to modify the diet and almost do not eat the meat unless it is mixed with vegetables, so here I put one of his favorites.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 grams black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or the one you prefer
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini, long
  • 2 grams salt

Preparation

Cut the carrot and zucchini into thin slices (or thick, according to your taste).
Salpimienta the breasts and varnish it with the oil. Place them on a rectangle of aluminum foil and place a portion of carrots and zucchini.
Wrap them perfectly and steam them for 30 minutes or until they are cooked.
Remove, aluminum paper quitales and serve, with entomatadas or any salt of your preference

TIPS

It is good to vary the vegetables and see which is preferred by children.
