Eating chicken dishes will never be so delicious after preparing this recipe for Cheetos Chicken Tenders with spicy Cheetos. In order for this chicken recipe be crispy, try to bread perfectly, with the potatoes perfectly mashed. Having a firm breading mixture, will make the frying of the the chicken tenders easier, and prevent them from falling apart. Accompany with a spicy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of Cheetos Flaming Hot
  • 1/2 Cup of cornflakes
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast cut into strips
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of buffalo sauce for wings
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder

    Preparation

    Place the flamin hot cheetos in a plastic bag, using a roller to crush to a fine powder.
    Mix the corn flakes with flamin hot cheetos, corn flour and corn starch.
    In a bowl lightly beat the egg with milk, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Marinade the chicken strips in the mixture for 15 minutes, remove from the egg and cover with the Cheetos mixture.
    Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until crispy. Remove from frying and place on a plate with absorbent paper.
    In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce for wings with the melted butter and the garlic powder until you get a homogeneous mixture.
    Serve the chicken strips with the sauce and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a paper cone and accompany with the sauce.

    TIPS

    Compress well the breaded chicken so you have a firm layer and do not fall out when frying
