  • 1 jar Adobo Pibil Cocina Mestiza®
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
  • 400 grams bean, white cooked with its broth
  • 100 grams bacon, Sliced ​​and fried
  • 1 tomtato, diced and seeded
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 chopsticks

Preparation

Introduce the knife into the breast (the breast should be vertically, and cut on the widest side) to form a small sack, put the asparagus cut into small sticks and the Oaxaca cheese unraveled. Splash the outside of the chicken, and close the hole with the chopsticks.
