8 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, in steak
  • 2 cans green bell pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 sticks butter, glory
  • Swiss Knorr
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 5 carrots
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 chayote squash

For the mashed potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cook them in a saucepan with enough water so that they are completely covered. Add salt, check the potatoes by inserting a knife inside to check their smoothness. Once cooked, peel and mash with a large spoon or fork, season again with salt and pepper while grinding. In a saucepan or pan, heat a glory butter bar and then add the puree, let season while you integrate both ingredients. Slowly pour the milk while continuing to stir the puree, let the milk and butter rise and evaporate until everything is thick. Check the seasoning of the salt, if necessary add more.
Preparation of vegetables: We chop carrots, zucchini and chayote in small squares, put them to pre-cook with water and Knorr Switzerland. Once we verify that the vegetable is at a crispy point, we remove it from the water and let it cool. We add butter in a saucepan or pan to incorporate the pre-cooked vegetables and the corn to finish cooking.
Preparation of red pepper cream: We blew the two cans of red pepper, the philadelphia cheese, two cups of milk, salt, pepper to taste. The mixture is poured into a pot and heated until the mixture is thick.
We cooked the grilled chicken breast, putting salt and pepper to taste.
Each breast will be served on a bed of prepared vegetables, and pour on the breast the desired amount of cream. Accompany with the mashed potatoes, which we can garnish with fried spaghetti to give more presentation to our dish.
