Chicken parmigiana is a typical Italian recipe. It tastes delicious and is different from the typical chicken preparations. Try it and you'll see that you'll want to prepare it again!

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 80 grams of Parmesan cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put the parmesan cheese in a bowl.
    Spend the chicken breasts for the beaten egg and then for the parmesan cheese (as if you were breading them with cheese).
    Put the breasts in a pyrex and bake for 25 minutes or until the breasts are cooked (be careful not to leave them longer than necessary since otherwise they will be dry).
