Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Spend the chicken breasts for the beaten egg and then for the parmesan cheese (as if you were breading them with cheese).
Put the breasts in a pyrex and bake for 25 minutes or until the breasts are cooked (be careful not to leave them longer than necessary since otherwise they will be dry).
