Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 cups of light yoghurt
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 kilo of green tomato
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • oils necessary amount

    Preparation

    Roast green tomatoes and blend with yogurt, salt, pepper and cilantro.
    Cook the chicken breast in water. Dry the breast and place it in a pot with the yogurt sauce.
    Let boil for 7 minutes and serve on a bed of lettuce.

    PRESENTATION

    Place a bed of lettuce, top the bathed chicken breasts and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
