Chicken Breasts in Sweet Mustard Sauce with White Rice

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, and clean
  • to taste salt flower with extra special fine herbs
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper extra special
  • to taste olive oil, extra special
  • to taste salted butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 lemon juice, (Half lemon)
  • 1/4 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/2 glasses milk
  • 1/2 glasses chicken soup
  • 1 branch fresh thyme, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel zest, to decorate
  • to taste White rice, prepared


Heat an iron pan. Salpimenta and flour the breasts; removing the excess flour.
Place a little oil, a little butter in the pan; Fry each of the breasts separately and reserve on a plate with absorbent paper.
Pour the white wine into the pan, deglaze, reduce by half and add the lemon juice, add the extra special sweet mustard sauce, the glass of milk, the chicken broth and the cream cheese.
Heat for a minute, return the breasts, lower the heat to a minimum and cover the pan until the breasts are cooked. If you want the lighter sauce, dilute with chicken stock and rectify seasoning.


Serve on a plate white rice and a breast on it, decorate with the branch of fresh thyme and lemon zest.
