Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 boneless chicken breast, and without skin
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Special® mustard with honey and vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil special extra
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • plastic bags, ziplock

Preparation

Place the vinegar, rosemary, mustard, garlic powder and olive oil in a resealable bag.
Season the chicken breasts and place in the marinade. Seal the bag and shake.
Marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.
Heat a pan, when hot place the chicken breasts and cook about 4 minutes on each side or until well cooked.

Súper rico sabor, yo combino pechuga con muslos en cubitos, y la miel con mostaza la preparo al momento, queda delicioso. Les recomiendo que si lo tienen que hacer de urgencia lo dejen marinar al menos 4 hr.

¿por cuanto tiempo me puede durar la marinada del pollo? ya que cocino para la semana. les agradecería sus tips de cocina para conservar, ósea se me ocurre hacer la preparación y posteriormente congelarlo y cada vez que vaya a comer eso, no mas lo caliento.
