Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 pieces of green bell pepper
  • 1 kilo of chicken breasts
  • 80 milliliters of milk
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 1 Cup of pre-cooked rice
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 1 piece of White onion
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 500 grams of potato

    Preparation

    Roast the breasts in a hot pan.
    Grill the red pepper, onion and garlic. Add the vegetables to a blender glass and add the cream cheese to make a sauce.
    Cook the potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes. Cut the pumpkin and carrot into julienne strips. Fry them with little oil and incorporate the rice.
    Remove the potatoes from the microwave and brown them in a pan with oil.
    Separate a red pepper for presentation.

    PRESENTATION

    Place a sauce mirror on the plate, place the chicken on top and pour some of the rice.
