It is not the typical chicken of every day. The breasts are stuffed with cheddar cheese, cream cheese and a sauce of garlic, butter and lemon. Friends and family will ask you frequently once they have tried it.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts without skin and without bone
  • 125 grams of cream cheese in 4 slices
  • 125 grams of cheddar cheese in 4 slices
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 3/4 of Cup of ground bread simple
  • 125 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic ground or finely chopped
  • 100 grams of Butter melted
  • 1 green lemon juice
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of paprika (optional)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Lightly grease a shallow refractory.
    Make a deep insicion in the center and along each breast, but without separating completely. Place a slice of cheddar cheese and cream cheese in the center of each breast. Close the breast as if it were a book. Reservation.
    Pour the milk into a bowl. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese. Carefully bathe each breast in the milk and then in the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly with the hand so that it sticks well. Place the breasts inside the refractory in a single layer.
    Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Incorporate lemon juice and garlic. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken. Season with garlic salt and paprika (if you decided to use it).
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken has lost its pink color and its juices come out clear.
