These chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese with granola and quinoa are ideal for lunchtime and a different option, as they have a very rich sauce and are accompanied by an easy vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of granola with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey (for the sauce)
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce (for the sauce)
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice (for the sauce)
  • 4 zucchini cut into small cubes
  • 3 tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1 avocado cut into small cubes
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese with Kellogg's® quinoa granola. Reservation.
