It is a recipe that we prepare a lot at home, if you like cream, cheese, chicken and fine herbs, you will want to prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, without flattening and with bone
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup manchego cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dry thyme
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • black pepper, to taste
  • chicken consommé, to taste
  • oils, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl add the different herbs (thyme, basil and marjoram), add pepper and a spoonful of chicken broth. Stir and crush the breasts.
Roast the breasts with a little oil (in a pan that you can put in the oven). Once browned, add the cream.
Sprinkle cheese on the breasts and brown it in the oven. Serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve the breasts accompanied by a cucumber and tomato salad, seasoned with olive oil, yogurt, oregano, lemon, salt and pepper.

TIPS

If you want to have more sauce, you can prepare more cream to the fine herbs. Mix the herbs with the cream and heat for 10 minutes, if you want a lighter sauce, add milk.
