Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • oils
  • 60 grams chocolate frosting
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

We marinate the breasts very well with salt and pepper and place them in a pan with a little oil until they are sealed on both sides, without cooking too much.
Apart we put the onion with oil to the fire and we add the garlic well crushed until it fry a little, we add the chicken stock, the cornstarch dissolved in a little water and stir constantly so that no lumps are made and the mixture is creamy without drying out a lot and add the wine, put the chocolate in a bain-marie until it is liquid and add it to the mixture and stir well.
We add this mixture to the breasts and leave the kitchen for 10 minutes until the breast is cooked.
(This recipe for my family has been made several times, unfortunately for this event because of my work I did not manage to take it to take the real photo, but this photo is an arrangement that I made more or less how it looks)

PRESENTATION

We can accompany this dish with some baked potatoes with milk cream.

TIPS

Be careful when you add the cornstarch as you must stir constantly to avoid lumps, if this happens there to pass the mixture through a sieve. Do not let the cornstarch mixture dry too much, place over medium or low heat.
