Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons bee honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 90 grams margarine
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons old mustard
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • enough rosemary

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F).
Stir in the mustard, honey and vinegar until they are perfectly integrated.
Pepper the chicken breasts and seal in a pan with a little margarine.
