Ingredients

  • 5 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 3 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of rice vinegar
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 90 grams of margarine
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 spoonfuls of old mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of margarine
  • enough of rosemary

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F).
    Stir in the mustard, honey and vinegar until they are perfectly integrated.
