Preparation
Filet the breast (in strips and then in cubes).
Cut the pepper into large squares of 2 x 2 cm and the sliced pumpkin. To the mushrooms, drain the water from the can.
Season the breast with the salt, ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a chicken squares, until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Put the chicken in the pan with a little oil until everything is cooked, taking care not to overcook the chicken so that the chicken is juicy.
Saute the vegetables until cooked.
