Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 75 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 4 pieces of chicken fillet of 150 grams each
  • 10 branches of scallion Finely chopped
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the cream, the cheese and add a little pepper to taste.
    Heat the pan with the oil, add the chicken fillets, turn them over and reserve when they are ready.
    When the fillets are ready, serve them on a plate. Pour the mixture of cream and cheese into the skillet that you unoccupied and let it heat until it has a spreadable consistency.
