Preparation
Heat a large skillet with the oil and add the cinnamon slices. Leave to cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the garlic and onion until acitronar.
Add the curry, the water, the cube of Knorr® Chicken Broth, the chicken breasts and cook until it boils. Cover the pan and lower the heat, cook for about 35 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan. Continue cooking the broth adding the cream and flour. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Return the chicken to the pan, add the ground almonds and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and remove cinnamon.
Serve the breasts with sauce and decorate with sliced almonds.
