Chicken in Tomato Sauce with Frying Pan

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 3 pieces of chicken breast in half
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of roma tomato chopped into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of Red wine for the sauce
  • 1 bunch of basil clean and rustic rustic
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of basil leaf to decorate
  • enough of Parmesan cheese To accompany

    Preparation

    Season the chicken with enough salt and pepper, heat the oil over medium heat and seal the breasts; Turn down the heat, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
    For the sauce: heat over low heat the olive oil in the pan and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute and add the tomato, then season with salt and pepper.
    Turn the heat to medium heat, add the red wine, basil and cook for 5 more minutes.
    Add the breasts and cook for 10 minutes, until finished cooking.
    Serve the chicken with the sauce, decorate with basil leaves and accompany with Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    You can change the texture of the sauce to your liking and leave it thick, more liquid or grind it.
