Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 5 slices manchego cheese
  • 5 slices Ham
  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

To each Milanese, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Then you have a roll every Milanese.
Put the rolls in a pan with a little oil.
While cooking over low heat and covered, cut the tomatoes into slices.
Once golden brown and cooked, remove the rolls and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can put a roll and a few slices of tomato on each plate or on a plate put all the small rolls in small portions and the tomatoes in another bowl with salt and lemon.
