Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and add oil. Cook chicken cubes until lightly browned.
Blend the nuts with the vinegar, salt, pepper and a little oil.
Mix the lettuce with the spinach, the goat cheese, the grapes and the chicken.
Pour the salad dressing.
