Making chicken steaks in carrot sauce instead of cooking them as usual, will not cost you too much time or effort, and will give the meat a touch of the most special.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 Cube chicken soup
  • olive oils, to fry
  • Water

Preparation

Once we have each healthy steak, we will bake them first by bread crumbs, then by beaten egg, and a second time by bread crumbs (so they will be crispy), and done this, we fry them in hot oil.
On the other hand, we are going to make a sauce with the onion and the carrots very chopped to create the sauce that accompanies the chicken steak in carrot sauce.
After about 10 minutes, add a little water to the sofrito, and we will pass the blender , until creating a cream of carrots, in which we will also dissolve a pill of concentrated chicken broth.
Finally, we will put the breaded and fried steaks in the casserole with the sauce, and let them be taken for a few minutes, before serving.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany this dish with a rich fresh salad, or white rice. Bon Appetite!

TIPS

The water could be changed by chicken broth and the sofrito can be put a little bit of chopped red pepper.
