This Chicken Fry recipe is very easy to prepare; It has a dressing and vegetables that gives an exquisite flavor to the dish. You can change the dressing for someone else that you like.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups homemade dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes, without seeds

Preparation

Pepper the chicken breasts.
Cook the breasts in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes. on each side or until they cook well.
Remove the chicken from the pan; cover it to keep it warm.
Add the vegetables to the pan; kitchen 4 min. or until they are tender but crispy, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken broth and dressing. Return the chicken to the pan; kitchen 1 min. or until the chicken is completely warm.
