Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 glass apple juice
  • 2 garlic
  • 4 Red apples
  • 4 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cover chicken with flour and cook in a hot pan with butter until browned.
In the same pan add the sliced ​​onion, lemon juice and chopped garlic .
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is not pink in the middle.

PRESENTATION

Place the chicken breasts on a plate and pour the sauce on top.

TIPS

You can replace apples with pears.
