Preparation
In a pan fry the apples with butter and sugar.
Once the apples are cooked, the flattened breasts are stuffed and rolled.
They are covered with aluminum foil and cooked in the chicken broth.
On the other hand, put in the blender, cream with blue cheese, salt and pepper, since this is integrated into a saucepan where the mixture is heated without allowing it to boil.
When the breasts are cooked, they unwrap and bathe with the blue cheese sauce.
